Returns and Exchange Policy

At Hanna Hats, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That’s why we have done our best to offer all our customers a convenient returns and exchange policy.

Europe, USA & Canada- Returns and Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels still attached. Please note that we do not exchange or return custom-made items, (i.e., size or colour).

  1. Please see prices below for Returns & Exchanges.
  2. Email info@hannahats.comto advise that you would like to return/exchange an item(s), along with the reason.
  3. You will receive an email with return/exchange information and a payment link for the set charge.
  4. Once payment is made for the requested return/exchange, you will receive a returns label via email within 24hrs.
  5. Please select the link, and print out your returns label along with the 3 invoices attached to the link.
  6. Please fill out the returns/exchange form that came with your original order and place it in the box to be returned.
  7. WARNING: To avoid duties and taxes, kindly attach the three invoices to the “outside” of the box.
  8. Once we have received the item(s) back into Hanna Hats, they will be inspected, and we will notify you by email if your return/exchange item(s) have been rejected for a refund/exchange.
  9. If your return item(s) have been approved, your refund for the item(s) will be processed, and it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment less the original shipping.
  10. If your exchange item(s) have been approved, we will process your exchange and you will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking details when it has been dispatched.

Important Notes
Returns and exchanges are at the customers’ expense unless the exchange/return is due to an error made by Hanna Hats.

If the item is received back into Hanna Hats, without the Returns Form, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

If the item is received in a condition that is not eligible for a return or exchange, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange and return the item to you.

Hanna Hats will bare the cost of all, out-of-area surcharges on the original despatch of orders. If a customer's address is seen as an out-of-area and the customer wants to exchange or return an item they may incur additional shipping costs.

Where relevant, we would recommend you obtain a proof of postage. The exchange/return remains your responsibility until we have received it back into our workshop.

Sale Returns: We accept returns on sale items, however, we must receive a return back into our workshop within 28 days of a customer receiving their order.

Sale Exchanges: We will accept exchanges on sale items, however as per our exchange policy, if a customer wishes to exchange an item purchased during a sale, they will be charged the regular full price plus shipping for their new item.
